Member (User) Information:
The real or legal person who creates a membership on the site (referred to as “MEMBER” in this Agreement).

1. Purpose of the Agreement
   This agreement regulates the creation of a membership account by the MEMBER to benefit from the services offered by Zeluxa (https://clooe.shop) and the rights/obligations of the parties.
2. Membership Creation
   Information such as name, surname, email, phone number, and password are required for membership.
   The MEMBER guarantees that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date. Membership may be canceled if incorrect information is given.
   Users under 18 years old are prohibited from creating membership.
3. Security of Membership Account
   The MEMBER must not share account information (password, etc.) with third parties.
   If unauthorized access to the account is detected, the MEMBER must immediately inform Zeluxa.
   Zeluxa may suspend the membership if there is suspicion of a security breach.
4. Scope of Services
   The MEMBER can order products from the site, participate in campaigns, and view account history.
   Zeluxa may change the services by giving prior notice to improve services or due to technical necessities.
5. Prohibited Activities
   The MEMBER may not:

• Share spam, viruses, or harmful software,
• Publish or offer illegal content for sale,
• Create fake accounts or act on behalf of others,
• Attempt to disrupt the technical infrastructure of the site.

6. Termination of Agreement
   The MEMBER may delete their account at any time from the “My Account” panel.
   The company may terminate membership without notice in cases of:

• Detection of prohibited activities,
• Providing false information,
• Repeated misuse of returns/exchanges.

7. Processing of Personal Data
   The MEMBER’s data is processed only for membership services and order processes in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

8. Use of Cookies
   The site uses cookies to improve user experience. The cookie policy is available on our Privacy Policy page.
9. Dispute Resolution
   In case of disputes, it is mandatory to apply first to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
   The competent court is either the MEMBER’s place of residence or the location of Zeluxa.
10. Amendments to the Agreement
    Zeluxa may update the agreement at any time. The updated version becomes valid as soon as it is published on the site.
11. Acceptance and Contact
    By clicking the “Sign Up” button, the MEMBER declares that they have read and accepted this agreement.
