Buyer Information:
The consumer placing the order (hereinafter referred to as “BUYER” in the contract).

  1. Subject of the Agreement
    This contract regulates the delivery of the products purchased by the Zeluxa’s website (https://clooe.shop) and the rights and obligations of the parties.
  2. Order and Payment
    The BUYER creates an order by adding products to the “Cart” section on the website.
    Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.
    Order confirmation: Upon payment completion, the BUYER will be notified by email/SMS.
  3. Delivery Terms
    Products are shipped within 1-3 business days after order confirmation via the following cargo companies:
    Hepijet, Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo.
    Delivery time: 1-3 business days in metropolitan cities; 3-7 business days in other cities.
    Free shipping applies to all orders.
    The cargo tracking number will be sent to the BUYER via SMS/email.
  4. Right of Withdrawal
    The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal without any reason within 14 days from the date of product delivery.
    For the right of withdrawal:
  • The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
  • Return requests must be sent via info@clooe.shop or by calling +90 (506) 888 6850.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER.
  1. Returns and Exchanges
    During the return process, Zeluxa will inspect and approve the product, and the payment will be refunded within 10 business days.

  2. Warranty and Liability
    Manufacturer warranty applies to products. Warranty conditions are specified on the product pages.
    In case of damage caused by shipping, the BUYER must file a report with the cargo company.
  3. Protection of Personal Data
    The BUYER’s data will be processed solely for the order process under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

  4. Dispute Resolution
    In case of disputes, it is mandatory to first apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
    The competent court is either the BUYER’s place of residence or the seller’s location.
  5. Acceptance of the Agreement
    By placing an order, the BUYER declares that they have read and accepted this agreement.
