GENERAL:
- When you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are considered to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
- Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
- Shipping costs related to product delivery will be paid by the buyers.
- Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or institution at the address specified by the buyer within the legal period of 14 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.
- The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, along with any warranty certificates, user manuals, or similar documents, if available.
- If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of the situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:
- If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels the payment in bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD PURCHASES:
- If it is determined that the credit card used for payment has been unfairly used by unauthorized persons after the product delivery, and the sold product price is not paid to the seller by the related bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with shipping costs covered by the seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE CIRCUMSTANCES:
- If force majeure events occur that the seller could not foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be notified. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order:
- If payment was made in cash, the amount will be refunded within 14 days.
- If payment was made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, but the bank may take 2-3 weeks to credit the buyer’s account.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
- Before accepting the product/service, the buyer must inspect it and refuse to accept any damaged or defective goods (dented, broken, torn packaging, etc.) from the shipping company. Products accepted are considered intact and undamaged. After delivery, the buyer must take care of the product/service. If exercising the right of withdrawal, the product/service must not be used and must be returned together with the invoice.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
- Returns of cosmetic and personal care products are not possible due to hygiene and health regulations.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
- If the buyer defaults on credit card payments, they acknowledge and accept that they will pay interest to the bank under the credit card agreement and will be responsible to the bank. The bank may take legal action and demand costs and attorney fees from the buyer. The buyer agrees to compensate the seller for any losses due to delayed payment.

- Payment can be made via bank transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
- Payments can also be made online via all credit cards on our site, either in full or installments. The credit card will be charged at the end of the order.
