Order preparation is not performed on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) and public holidays.

The choice of courier company is made by us based on your order size, delivery address, and the workload of our contracted branches.

3. Delivery Times

  • In major cities such as Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir: 1-3 business days
  • Other cities: 3-7 business days
  • Delivery to villages and remote areas may take up to 7-10 business days.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on courier company workload or extraordinary circumstances (weather conditions, strikes, etc.).

4. Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on all orders.

The free shipping coverage includes all domestic addresses.

5. Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, your tracking number will be sent to you via SMS or email.

You can check the current status of your order by entering your tracking number on the official courier websites:

6. Missing or Damaged Items

When receiving your package, if the envelope or box is damaged, please document it by writing a report and notify us immediately.

For damaged or missing items, you must contact our customer service within 7 days.

7. Responsibility

The responsibility for any issues (delay, loss, etc.) after the order is handed over to the courier lies with the courier company.
