How can I order the products?

How do I use a discount coupon?

On the order summary page, enter your coupon code in the "Coupon Code" field and click the "Apply" button.
Can I modify my order after placing it?

You can modify your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our customer service. After this time, modifications may not be possible as your order may have already been processed.
Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we offer volume discounts for bulk orders. Please contact our sales team for custom pricing on orders over 50 units.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by credit/debit card (3D Secure). We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Is my payment information secure?

Our site has an SSL certificate and payment transactions are encrypted. Your card information is never stored on our servers and is processed securely through our payment gateway.
Do you accept PayPal or other digital wallets?

Currently, we only accept credit and debit cards. We're working on adding more payment options including PayPal and Apple Pay in the near future.
What currency do you charge in?

How can I track my order?

How can I change my delivery address?

You can update your contact information before the order is confirmed. After that, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Returns & Exchanges
How do I return a product?

- Use the "My Account" > "Create Return Request" option
- Add the reason for the return and upload photos, then submit the request
- Shipping details will be sent to you via email
How long is the return period?

Products must be returned within 14 days in their original packaging. The return period starts from the date you received your order.
Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return. If the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, we'll cover return shipping. For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How long do refunds take to process?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. It may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
